Plans & Pricing


Management Fee:
From $299 / mo

Plan Details:
Maintain funds in separate FDIC-insured accounts.
Homeowner billing and collections.
Timely processing of accounts payable.
Secure online portal.
Verify vendor W-9s and insurance certificates.
Prepare and submit 1099s each year.
Process estoppel requests for sales transactions.
Complete lender mortgage questionnaires as needed.
Prepare reconciled financial reports monthly.
Assist with preparation of annual budget.

Management Fee:
From $449 / mo

Plan Details:
Everything included in the Bronze Plan, plus:

Process homeowner work order requests.
Prepare and mail notices for annual and budget meetings.
Attend and facilitate annual and budget meetings.
Facilitate annual board member elections.
Assist the board with insurance quotes and decisions.
Handle community correspondence (welcome letters, etc.).
Receive and process ARC requests.
Process amenity reservation requests.

Management Fee:
From $599 / mo

Plan Details:
Everything included in the Silver Plan, plus:

Attend regular board meetings.
Prepare and submit meeting minutes to the board.
Advise on policy matters.
Advise on common area maintenance items.
Solicit bids upon request of the board.
Issue work orders and follow up for completion.
Oversee vendors and provide a monthly issues report.
Regularly inspect the community and notify of violations.
