This is a rare opportunity to own one of the last large tracts in the heart of Fairview. Spanning approximately 91 acres, this remarkable property offers an unmatched combination of location, history, natural beauty, and development potential. Conveniently located just 10 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Lake Lure, it provides the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Steeped in history, the land has remained in the same family since the mid-1800s. Approximately 64 acres are covered with mature hardwoods, offering scenic beauty, privacy, and recreational opportunities, while the remaining acreage consists of open pasture currently maintained under an agricultural management plan.
