9325 Doris Drive, Oriental, NC 28571

A gorgeous water access lot in desirable Buccaneer Bay West! This is a unique and affordable residential lot that is lushly wooded, private large (over .78 acres) and beautifully located not far from Oriental! The community boat ramp is just around the corner, and you'll love the peace and quiet which awaits! The neighborhood is large enough to have great roads for walking and biking and is small enough to have the intimate neighborhood feel which the area is renowned for! The lot lays well and should have great natural drainage characteristics to the sides and rear of the property.... The sense of privacy is enhanced by the way the land widens as you move away from the street and by the natural setbacks and insulation offered by the wetlands in the backyard! In fact, there is a small creek which forms the rear buffer, rambling over 252' to give a lovely natural connection to the waters of Kershaw Creek beyond! The creek may have limited navigability for a small boat/kayak and would need to be seen to appreciate the possibility!! Take a look soon, it is rare to have a large water access property with the setting it enjoys at such an affordable price! Your Eastern NC getaway awaits!!
