2701 Gouges Creek Road, Spruce Pine, NC 28777

Enjoy the Mountains on the 5 +/- acres nestled in the mountains of Western NC. The property is flat to rolling sitting at almost 3,000 ft elevation. There is an old 1974 singlewide on the property and an old barn. The home has been vacant for several years. Per owner there is a septic in place but the permit has not been found. Great Access off a state-maintained road. Nice wooded setting convenient to Spruce Pine, Burnsville, Little Switzerland, Newland, Boone Asheville and more. The mobile home is being sold "as is" and the seller considers it to have no value. There is also an old barn on the property. Would be a great place for a mini-farm with minimal grading needed.
