1 Wabash Drive, Sylva, NC 28779

This is the previous Developer's portfolio of kept or un-improved lots. Among the 62 +/- acres there are at least 4-5 nice sized home lots that were previously graded out with roads to them. Other acreage with need for better road. A single investor or builder could get a fast start with the nice, flat grassed lot as you drive in. Build your dream home then develop nice family retreats on the rest. Currently in 2 parcels. Division would require a new look from the County regarding slope. Call for more details; drive-byes mostly impossible .
