Before real estate, Bill served as a Client Engagement Manager for an international IT firm, working with clients across the globe to understand their needs, manage multiple projects, and guide clear communication from start to finish. That experience shaped his thoughtful, steady approach to every transaction. Since moving to the Upstate, Bill and his family have come to love its mild climate and Southern hospitality. Through years of personal experience buying, renovating, and selling properties with his wife, including three farms, Bill understands how stressful the process can feel.
