Bonnie Tollison

Bonnie is a local REALTOR® serving the Upstate of South Carolina with decades of real estate knowledge and a genuine understanding of what it takes to make a new place feel like home. Licensed initially in 1983, she has worked in five states and held roles ranging from Buyer’s Agent to Broker-in-Charge and Sales Manager for a residential development company. She also helped establish Rhode Island’s first exclusive Buyer Agency and earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. Having moved 14 times herself, Bonnie understands the pressure families can feel when searching for the right home, especially on a tight timeline. Her experience as a registered nurse, mother, substitute teacher, and stress management professional strengthened the compassion, patience, resilience, and communication skills she brings to every transaction. After more than 30 years in the Upstate, Bonnie appreciates its family-oriented communities, rich history, scenic adventures and friendly hospitable people.
