Carol Bachtel

Carol is a local REALTOR® serving the Upstate of South Carolina, bringing a client-first mindset shaped by nearly 30 years in B2B customer success, primarily in the healthcare industry. That experience taught her how to listen closely, identify what matters most to each client, and find thoughtful solutions to meet their needs. Carol has called the Upstate home since 1989 and loves everything the area has to offer, from Greenville’s vibrant downtown and local restaurants to nearby lakes, mountains, and green spaces. Friendly, empathetic, and a great listener, Carol works to make sure every client feels heard and supported. She especially enjoys helping buyers find a home that fits their lifestyle, family, and goals. Her priority is creating a positive experience clients feel confident recommending to others.
