Cecilia Janson

Cecilia grew up in Greenville with family roots that date back 100 years of land, home and business ownership in the upstate. Having moved to Charleston for college and then spending nearly 2 decades in the mortgage industry, she ultimately moved back to her hometown in order to start her consulting firm where she is a leadership coach and technology consultant, in addition to being a REALTOR®. This gives her a well-rounded perspective on the home buying process. She enjoys seeing her clients grow their overall wealth and financial security by helping them buy and sell real estate! Cecilia understands that buying and selling a home can be an in-depth, cumbersome, and confusing process which she strives to simplify for her clients. She keeps her clients well informed and “in the know” believing that it is important to take the time to educate her clients every step along the way. In the end, she wants her clients to feel secure and informed rather than overwhelmed or rushed. She is a patient, realistic, and positive person. Her greatest strength is her ability to ask for what is needed and desired without fear or hesitation, making her a powerhouse negotiator.
