Courtney has been a REALTOR® since 2016, serving the Upstate of South Carolina with a mix of straight talk, heart, and humor that clients highly value. A U.S. Army Combat Veteran with over 15 years in training, development, and HR, she knows how to stay calm when things get chaotic and how to break even the most complicated contracts into something that actually makes sense. She also holds a degree in Graphic Design, though these days she jokes she is happily a “Canva convert.” She has a passion for helping clients figure out what is truly best for their future and their family, not just what looks good on paper.
