Deborah is a local REALTOR® serving Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding Midlands area where her work is shaped by a lifelong love for helping others. She grew up in the Midlands and has always treasured its small town feel, where familiar faces are never far away. Each client she meets becomes a story, and guiding them through a major milestone with trust and connection is what drives her.
Deborah began her career as a Registered Nurse after graduating from the University of South Carolina. She later worked as a property and casualty underwriter and then as a software developer, roles that strengthened her attention to detail, patience, and listening skills. She also teaches group fitness and believes in being fit to sell and helping people move in both body and life.
Handing buyers their keys and seeing their joy never gets old. Deborah understands the stress of buying and selling and stays calm, clear, and honest throughout the process. Her clients feel protected, heard, and confident that she is working in their best interest.
