Gary Hudak

After more than 30 years out West, including 20 years serving as a Young Life Area Director in Lake Tahoe and ministering to other Young Life staff, leaders, and teenagers in Nevada and Northern California, Gary and his wife DeDe made a life-changing move to Greenville, South Carolina, where he now serves as a local REALTOR® in the Upstate of South Carolina. For the past decade in the Upstate, he has had the privilege of partnering with Michael Smith, founder of Bluefield Realty Group, as the original “OG” member of what has become a rapidly growing Bluefield team. Over these 10 years in real estate, he has been honored to serve many individuals and families as they navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: buying or selling a home. Along the way, he has developed a strong understanding of the Upstate market, paired with the people-first skills he has spent a lifetime cultivating: patience, empathy, and genuine care. His approach is simple. He seeks to truly connect with his clients, understand their needs, and serve them with integrity every step of the way. He is committed to always acting in their best interest while making the process as smooth and meaningful as possible. These years have been incredibly rewarding, not just professionally but personally.
