Monica McLellan

Monica is a local REALTOR® serving the Upstate of South Carolina, where her dedication and early success earned her a Rising Star Award in recognition of her performance and commitment to her clients. Originally from Pawleys Island and raised in Clemson, Monica has deep South Carolina roots and a genuine love for the people and communities that make the Upstate feel like home. Before real estate, Monica spent 26 years in the restaurant industry. This experience shaped her ability to multitask, connect with all kinds of people, stay flexible, and keep moving forward when things do not go as planned. Today, she brings that same focus, energy, and heart to every real estate transaction. Monica especially enjoys guiding first-time buyers through the excitement and uncertainty of purchasing a home, as well as helping sellers through a major life transition. As a persistent problem solver, she works hard, works smart, and keeps her clients informed every step of the way.
