Susan Fischer

Susan is a local REALTOR® serving the Upstate of South Carolina, bringing a calm, steady presence to every transaction. Licensed since 2018, she believes buying or selling a home is more than a transaction; it is one of life’s most meaningful turning points. Susan listens carefully, guides thoughtfully, and advocates confidently so her clients can move forward with clarity and peace of mind. Before real estate, Susan built her career in executive support, where she learned to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and remain grounded during high-pressure moments. She now applies that same behind-the-scenes diligence to real estate, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Susan relocated her family to the Upstate in 2006 and has lived in Travelers Rest for nearly two decades. She loves the Greenville area for its strong schools, access to nature, and genuine sense of community. Having navigated many moves herself, Susan deeply understands the emotional weight of change and is committed to creating a supportive, well-guided experience from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
